View case law summaries

If you know the title of the case you want to find more about, try searching for it through the search box at the top right of every page or visit Cases for a full alphabetical list of cases available on isurv located on the Resources section on the isurv Home page.

Each isurv case include a helpful list of catch-words, so if you don't know the name of the case you could try searching on a relevant term.

If you're just browsing for cases in a particular area, the Legal channel includes commentary and summaries on surveying specific cases, covering everything from party walls and rights to light, through to negligence.
